Wonderful Book. I had been having this insomnia for past few years, partly because I was unemployed. It was causing some serious health issues, particularly indigestion. It created a cycle of health problems, stomach problems, more work, less sleep and then more work again. It was beyond painful.
I picked up this book primarily to understand how I can squeeze sleep into this hectic headache of a schedule. Before I could finish this book, I got a job and reduced a lot of stress and started sleeping according to schedule. Sleep by 10:30 PM everyday. Wake up at 6 AM everyday. I recommend this to everyone who think " I can rest when I am dead ", kind of people.
What you need is not continuous hard work, you need smart and properly managed work.
