This is a really good book. I learnt a lot through this book. The author is well known and is a pioneer of books like this. If you think you are lacking some will to do anything, you have to read this book first.
I particularly liked the part where the self-discipline part gets so often broken because of the missed parts. We tend to drop things when we miss them because of some undesirable situation. Then we have to change the priorities as soon as you miss a daily habit to keep your discipline intact. That's one part I particularly found useful.
